2. What information should I prepare before contacting Silkora?

Start with the basics: what product you want to source, target quantity, target price if you have one, destination country, and any supplier links, photos, samples, or quotes you already have. If you do not have everything ready, that is okay.

3. Do I need to speak Chinese to work with suppliers in China?

No. One of Silkora’s roles is to help make communication clearer between you and Chinese suppliers. We help clarify requirements, ask supplier questions, and reduce misunderstandings during the sourcing process.

5. Can you help me check if a supplier is reliable?

We can help review supplier information, communication, product fit, quotation details, and other practical signals before you move forward. We do not blindly guarantee any supplier, but we help you make a more informed decision.

6. Can Silkora help with samples?

Yes. We can help coordinate sample requests, clarify materials, review sample details, compare supplier offers, and communicate feedback before production decisions are made.

7. Can you follow up with suppliers during production?

Yes. Silkora can help communicate with suppliers, track progress, organize updates, and keep key production details clearer throughout the process.

8. Do you help with quality control?

Yes. We help coordinate quality-control checkpoints, packaging review, photo or video updates, and inspection arrangements when needed. The goal is to catch problems before products leave China.

9. Do you handle shipping and logistics?

Silkora is not a freight forwarding company, but we help coordinate shipment preparation. This may include packing information, shipping documents, communication with freight forwarders, customs-related coordination, and delivery follow-up.
